AKW, founded in 1982 by Anthony Keith Webb, specialises in PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) equipment. Its first product, the Braddan shower tray, patented and designed to be non-slip and easy to access, won over local authorities. Faced with a lack of suitable offerings, AKW expanded its range to fully equip PRM bathrooms, including shower screens and accessories. Today, AKW is the UK leader in this sector, with nearly 250 employees.
